I want you to know something before we ever speak.

I am not the coach who has it all figured out and hands you a formula from a distance. I am the coach who has lived it — the hard seasons, the stretching seasons, the seasons where everything looked fine on the outside and something essential was quietly dimming on the inside.

I know what it feels like to be strong, capable, and completely running on empty.

And I know the way back.

A little about where I come from

I am a Veteran U.S. Army Captain — which means I understand discipline, leadership under pressure, and what it costs to show up for others when you have nothing left for yourself.

I am a wife of 38 years — which means I have not just studied covenant marriage, I have lived it through the beautiful seasons and the ones that required every ounce of faith I had.

I am a homeschooling mother, an entrepreneur, and a two-time published author. I founded Vibrant Life Coaching because I kept meeting women — accomplished, faith-filled, deeply capable women — who were doing everything right and still feeling like something was missing.

That missing thing is usually themselves.

How I work

I am a listener first. Before I offer a single strategy or framework, I want to hear you — not the version of you that has it together, but the honest one. The one who knows something has to change.

My sessions are faith-adjacent and Spirit-guided, grounded in the Word of God, and built around your unique story — not a one-size-fits-all curriculum. I bring accountability and I bring grace in equal measure, because real transformation requires both.

My motto has always been "You've got this" — and I mean it. Not as a cheerleader's empty encouragement, but as a coach who has watched women discover and embrace what they were capable of all along.
